Pewter is a soft metal that conforms willingly to the pewterer’s touch. This entertaining workshop offers you a chance to be a pewterer… within an hour, or even less if you are skilful enough!

Create your own pewter masterpiece while you re-live the experience of olden-day pewtersmithing.

With just a few simple tools (hammer, mallet, wooden mould and scraper), you will be guided through the processes of forming, scraping, polishing and packing by our experienced pewtersmith to craft your own pewter dish.

The finished dish engraved with your initials or other message is yours to keep along with your ‘apprentice pewtersmith’ apron and a personalised certificate to attest to your newfound skills.

The workshop costs RM50 per person and is open to groups of 5-50. Prior booking is essential.
